Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via reliable courier partners. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your order via the courier's website.
Delays Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Public holidays or regional closures
- Extreme weather or natural events
- High-volume periods (sales, festive seasons)
We'll notify you of any significant delays.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically retry once or twice. After that, the package may be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at shop@gokhalefoundation.org within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
