Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, certain health & personal care items

Partial refunds may apply to:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven't received your refund? Check your bank account, then contact your card issuer or bank — processing can take time. Still nothing? Email us at shop@gokhalefoundation.org.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email shop@gokhalefoundation.org and ship the item to: The Patio, Hotel Ketan, 917 Fergusson College Road, Pune 411004


Gifts

  • Gift shipped to you directly: You'll receive store credit once we receive the return.
  • Gift shipped to the buyer first: The refund goes to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.
